University of arts in Belgrade unites four arts faculties – Faculty of music arts, Faculty of fine arts, Faculty of drama arts and Faculty of applied arts. First community of these institutions was formed on 10 June 1957, when the People’s Assembly of the People’s Republic of Serbia adopted a Law on Arts academy, as the community of arts academies. Two decades later, on 21 May 1973, art academies grow into faculties of arts, and Arts academy becomes University of arts, the second independent University of Belgrade.

University of Arts in Belgrade is the only specialized university for arts education in the Republic of Serbia, which gathers students and educators from the country and the region of Southeastern Europe. University offers a wide specter of study programs from all arts fields, as well as the study programs aimed at professionals in the field of culture and media.

As the oldest and largest institution of high education in Serbia, University of arts tends to promote arts creativity and diversity as essential marks of national culture and the needs of the entire society, and to contribute to development of local community in which it is situated.

Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb

  The Faculty of Civil Engineering of Zagreb, representing the most important university in Croatia, will be directly involved in the dissemination and promotion of the CV’s and R&D Services databases, spreading the information all over the whole Continental part of Croatia. It will support the action both at the institutional and industrial level. It will take part in all the main research activities planned during the pilot projects, especially regarding the technical aspects of: development of new materials, material testing, improvement of the manufacturing techniques, improvement of structural performance, durability and reliability of structures. The interest of the Faculty to participate to the action as associate is mainly related to the high level of scientific outcomes awaited in terms of technical know-how and capacities. But it is also related to very special relations existing with the University of Bologna and Rijeka.

Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade

  Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Belgrade University is an institution of national importance and is the basis for development of mechanical science and industry in Serbia. The oldest and largest educational and scientific institutions in Serbia in the field of mechanical engineering. Very successful results of previous international projects were sustainable implemented and permanently produce engineers of the new profile. Researchers, MsC and PhD students will organize processes of collecting and entering data into databases, promotion of concept and potentials of ICT platform to companies in its surroundings. Activity connected with product development and design teams founding in industrial enterprises also will be dominant.

Croatian Employment Service, Dubrovnik Regional Office

  Croatian Employment Service (CES) is a public institution the rights, obligations and responsibilities of which are prescribed under the Job Placement and Unemployment Insurance Act, and the purpose of which is to provide the solution to the problem of employment and unemployment in the widest meanings of those terms. The Croatian Employment Service is the main participant in the development of the Croatian labour market, especially in matching the overall demand with supply for the purpose of achieving full employment. Our mission is to provide efficient employment mediation services in the labour market through development of high-quality services adjusted to the needs of clients, development of knowledge, skills and abilities and promotion of partner relationships with other labour market stakeholders. The main responsibilities of the CES include: 

• employment mediation services provided to job-seekers in the country and abroad;
• financial insurance and other unemployment insurance benefits;
• vocational counseling of unemployed and other persons in making career and occupation choices;
• organization of vocational training, additional training and retraining programmes;
• monitoring and analysis of labour market conditions and informing the public about them;
• promotion of employment and training through implementation of active labour market policy measures.

The CES operates through the following organisational units: Central Office, 22 regional offices and 96 local offices Dubrovnik Regional Office is one out of 22 regional offices situated throughout Croatia, and it’s situated at the south of the country, at Adriatic Sea.

Belgrade Chamber of Commerce

  The Chamber of Commerce, as an economic association with longest tradition (150 years), has to continue building the strong partnership with the Serbian Government and EU Countries. In that way, finding the efficient solutions for the problems faced by the member companies and creation of the conditions for development of the market-based economy would be facilitated, especially in the area concerning preparation and implementation of legislation that regulates the economy. The particularly important role of CC, as a participant in many international congresses, conferences, forums, and other economy related events with aim to disseminate the information about the domestic economy by presiding over the events and delivering lecture (OECD, France Parliament, Chinese Embassy, World Chamber Federation, "PLAY TO STOP – EUROPE FOR CLIMATE" EUROPEAN COMMISSION AND MTV CAMPAIGN, EU Parliament, Israel Chamber of Commerce, etc).

  GIR is manufacturer of high-quality oak furniture from Kraljevo, Serbia. With its 225 employees, 13000 m2 of production and storage room capacities, modern dryer with capacity of 870 m3 and 3 MW power supply block, GIR is capable of producing of 1100 m3 of high quality furniture made of oak per month. Company is mainly export-oriented, with Ethnicraft (Belgium) as strategic partner, although it has a showroom in Belgrade. GIR does not have experience with international research and innovation projects, but has history of successful cooperation with Western Europe Companies, and especially in field of transfer of technology with its strategic partner Ethnicraft (Belgium). GIR has also recently established cooperation with Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Kraljevo, and expects the support of the Faculty during this project.

  The SCM GROUP invests 6% of its annual sales revenue in research. It has a dedicated department, the CSR, Research and Development Consortium in Rimini providing qualified service of applied research, product certification, and safety and patent rights protection. The centre achieved excellent results in the field of safety and reduction of machine-related environmental pollution. This laboratory will design and produce innovative solutions on machines with flexible sanding for the wood and metal industries. Skills related to design, engineering and construction of high-tech industrial machinery and knowledge on validation and commissioning of new solutions will support the program during equirements gathering and finalization of the selected approach. SCM also owns a strongly consolidated know-how on machinery and industrial plants configuration and performance optimization

  Wirutex is an innovation SME. Its activity of manufacturing woodworking tools is complementary to that of machineries boring, edge banding and milling, namely machineries used by companies producing furniture and wood semi-finished products. To offer an innovative product and match the more and more various and demanding market needs (namely of machinery manufacturers and end-users), the company pays particular attention to research and investment for product and process innovation. The company is now equipped with advanced-technology CAD-CAM design systems, that allow to study and virtually test all the tools in design phase, before processing. In addition, by introducing a new “solid modeler” the technical department is now able to have a real vision of the models before the concrete realization of the prototype.
